Description

We’re looking for an additional team member to join our technical Helpdesk, providing hands-on business I.T. support to our clients.

We deliver managed I.T. services to New Zealand businesses, backed by a capable and experienced technical team. Our work covers day-to-day support, ongoing site care, and a mix of industrial I.T. and special projects — offering variety, responsibility, and opportunities to build real-world experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing technical support via our helpdesk (calls, tickets, and remote support)
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Installing and maintaining end-user devices, applications, and network equipment
  • Delivering onsite support when required
  • Assisting with client onboardings and initial assessments
  • Building positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Supporting community engagements and occasional special projects

You’ll work closely with other team members, following standardised practices while contributing to diagnostics, support, project work, and service delivery. The role involves both independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork.
