About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support & Technical Administration team member to join our Christchurch office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and learning how technology supports real-world outcomes. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting them with day-to-day questions, system setup, and compliance-related queries. While the role includes technical elements, the focus is very much on supporting people, building strong relationships, and helping customers feel confident using our systems. Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting customers and field installers via phone and email
- Helping customers understand and use our telemetry, data insights, and software systems
- Assisting with water compliance support and liaising with regional councils
- Troubleshooting issues remotely and following them through to resolution
- Setting up, configuring, and administering connected field devices
- Maintaining accurate records using our ERP software and telemetry platforms
