IT Support

As our business continues to grow, so does our reliance on smart, reliable, and well‑supported technology. We’re looking for an Internal IT Support professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and keeping systems running smoothly across a busy operational environment.

This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role that supports staff across offices, workshops, and sites — ensuring our technology is dependable, secure, and aligned with the needs of the business.

You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day IT support, working closely with our external IT partner, CNX, to maintain strong governance, cyber security, and continuity of service. Your work will directly reduce downtime, improve responsiveness, and help our teams use technology effectively across projects and sites.

What You’ll Bring 

*Experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar hands‑on technical role (ideally 12-18 months experience)

*Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.

*Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with external providers and internal teams.

*A proactive approach to improving systems, processes, and user experience.

*Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and device management is an advantage.

*Experience with Trimble systems or construction‑related technology is beneficial but not essential — we can support the right person to learn.
