Position Purpose: The IT Digital Support will respond to requests and provide appropriate, accurate and timely support to users of WellSouth’s digital systems. They will log and record all issues and their solutions to help inform continuous improvement processes.

What are we looking for: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Digital Support professional who can deliver exceptional technical assistance across our organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, and a commitment to providing timely, effective solutions. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism are essential.

About you - To be successful in this role you will:

  • You will bring proven experience in IT support, ideally within a healthcare environment, coupled with a solid understanding of systems such as Windows Desktop, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset, will ensure success in this role.
  • We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of issues, proactively drives solutions, and ensures every task is seen through to successful completion.
  • Experience with TeleHealth platforms and cloud-based communication technologies is highly desirable, along with a commitment to upholding WellSouth’s values in all interactions.
