We are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Phone Board-Level Engineer to join our technical team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Advanced motherboard diagnostics and fault analysis

CPU / NAND reballing, chip-level replacement and board transfer

Short-circuit tracing and power rail diagnostics

Schematic and boardview-based troubleshooting

Data recovery from damaged or non-booting devices

Handling water-damaged and severely damaged boards

Reducing return rate through precise technical evaluation

Maintaining professional repair standards and documentation

🧠 Technical Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of board-level repair experience

Strong micro-soldering skills under microscope

Proficient in BGA rework and chip-level repair

Deep understanding of smartphone power circuits and logic boards

Experience with iPhone CPU/NAND swap and activation handling

Ability to read schematics and use boardview software

Skilled in using oscilloscope, DC power supply, thermal camera (preferred)

Experience in professional data recovery (advantage)

💰 Compensation

💵 $25 – $35 per hour (based on skill level and technical capability)

Performance-based salary growth for high-level engineers
