About the client I'm working with a highly regarded employment and workplace practice that advises a wide range of organisations on complex and often high-profile employment matters.

About the role This role offers a broad mix of employment, workplace health and safety and privacy-related advisory work.
You'll be involved in employment strategy and best-practice advice, investigations, disciplinary processes and restructures, as well as personal grievances, mediations and litigation.
The role also includes supporting major corporate clients on significant transactions and workforce change projects.
You'll work closely with experienced partners who are actively involved in matters and invested in mentoring. The work is high quality, varied and intellectually engaging, with flexibility supported in how and when work is done.
Skills and experience This role will suit a lawyer who brings:
- NZ qualification and admission
- Around 3+ years PQE in employment law
- Experience in private practice and or in-house
- Strong drafting, advisory and analytical skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- A collaborative and professional working style
