As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering Trimax quality in every job.

This is a full-time, day shift position located in our Tauranga facility.

Your Role: You’ll be working on precision components that go into our heavy-duty mower systems. This is hands-on, practical work where quality matters. › Set up and operate CNC lathes › Machine components to tight tolerances › Read and work from engineering drawings › Check and maintain quality standards › Work closely with a skilled production team › Training others in the use of CNC equipment

About You: › Solid experience running CNC lathes › Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail › Ability to read and understand technical drawings › A practical, get-stuck-in attitude › Reliability and pride in your work.

⭐ Bonus Points: › CNC programming experience › Background in heavy fabrication or manufacturing
