About the opportunity
Our client, a respected flooring manufacturer based in Avondale, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their busy team. This is a long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday to Thursday schedule, giving you long weekends every week.
What's in it for you:

- Day shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm

- Pathway to permanent employment after 6 months
Main Duties:
- Operating production machinery
- General labouring
- Use of power tools
- Ensuring all products meet strict quality standards
What you'll bring:
- Dependable, reliable, and consistent in attendance
- Good attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks as required
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting a bonus
- Forklift experience and valid licence a bonus
