Position Purpose The Machine Shop Supervisor supports the Factory Operations Manager – Manufacturing by overseeing the daily operations of machining and fabrication activities. The role ensures that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved through effective coordination of people, equipment, and workflow. This position provides hands-on supervision across all machines and machinists to deliver against production targets while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, Lean, and operational standards. The Supervisor actively promotes a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the manufacturing and production team.
