About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys staying busy to join our Production Team as a Line Operator on the evening shift (3:00pm - 1:00am).

This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue to grow from strength to strength. Due to increased demand for our products, we are expanding our factory and building our team to support this growth. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

• Operate a production line to achieve production targets in line with RMP and GMP requirements
• Set up machinery and ensure all required production materials are available
• Carry out quality checks and inspect production runs
• Document production and quality results accurately
• Identify, determine, and report machinery malfunctions
• Work alongside the engineering team to ensure equipment is operational and well maintained
• Hands-on role suited to individuals with mechanical, machine operating, or manufacturing experience

What We Are Looking For

• Production line experience and knowledge including line set up and troubleshooting
• Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and food safety
• Have a drive to achieve set production targets
• Have excellent attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
• Demonstrate numeracy and literacy skill
• Have the ability to think on your feet and multitask
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a wider team
