We are seeking a self-motivated Production Operator. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential along with exceptional time management, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. This position needs to ensure tasks are completed to set standards, optimizing production output and efficiency.

As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.

What you will do:

• Handling raw materials, overseeing dumping, and ensuring accurate material charging into equipment.
• Packing finished goods with precise weights, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety guidelines
• Implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System, Halal Assurance System, and EHS programs in respective production lines.
• Report issues and concerns that may affect the effective implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management System program of the Company.
• Processing/mixing and packing off production orders according to the daily production schedule
• Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required for the job.
• Afternoon shift: 1330 to 2200

What you will bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in production operation, preferably in a food manufacturing set-up.
• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/ Sanitation/ Personal hygiene required.
• Other competencies required: technically-inclined, physical stamina and mobility, reliability and honesty, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.
