Syrup House Machine Operator

We are excited to welcome a positive, team-oriented individual to join our diverse and skilled team in a full-time, permanent role as part of a Day Work Team. Standard hours are 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

• has a motivated, curious, and proactive mindset
• is dependable and punctual
• enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks (training and support will be provided to ensure safety and success)
• mechanical ability and/or understanding preferred
• values teamwork and fosters collaboration
• approaches challenges with logical thinking and effective problem-solving
• prioritizes safety and quality in their work
• is eligible to work in New Zealand immediately.

Physical fitness is beneficial for this role, including the ability to handle items up to 20kg.

Experience (Desirable but Not Required)

We welcome applications from those with diverse experiences, including but not limited to:

• Operating machinery, such as packaging equipment
• Work in food, dairy, or other manufacturing environments
• Conducting quality inspections, monitoring, or record-keeping
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
