About the Company Join a well-established, 100% New Zealand-owned and operated business that is a leader in the poultry processing industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Karaka.
About the Role This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on end-of-line production and machine operation. You'll play a key part in ensuring products are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- End-of-line production work, including packing and product handling
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team
What to Expect:
- Repetitive lifting of 5-15kg
- Working in a cold environment
- Being on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift
Location:
- Karaka site
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Potential for overtime

What We're Looking For:
- MUST have a Restricted or Full Class 1 driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Proven experience in end-of-line production and machine operation (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Eligible to work in New Zealand without restrictions
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
