Embroidery Machine Operator

We are looking for a casual / part-time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team in our Hobsonville warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, is detail-focused, and can manage their own workflow confidently. At the moment we need someone 2-3 days a week but this could increase. Flexible working hours offered, it could be 4-5 half days.

You will be responsible for operating our embroidery machines and ensuring all embroidery work meets our high quality standards.

About the Role:

You will be operating commercial embroidery machines and handling the embroidery process from setup through to finishing. The role also includes preparing garments, managing runs accurately, and supporting the wider production team when required.

Key Responsibilities: Operating commercial embroidery machines Setting up embroidery jobs and loading designs Hooping garments and preparing items for embroidery Monitoring machines during runs to ensure quality output Trimming threads and finishing embroidered garments Counting in stock and managing production runs accurately Folding and packing finished garments Maintaining embroidery machines and workspace Working alongside the production team Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient Heat pressing garments

About You: Minimum 5 years embroidery machine experience Heat pressing experience an advantage Happy to learn new branding techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Punctual, reliable and deadline-driven Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload Able to follow job sheets and instructions carefully
