Description

Our client, a well-establish plastic packaging manufacturer based in Yaldhurst, are seeking an experienced factory worker on their afternoon shift. This role includes machine operation, manual handling of product, quality control as well as general factory labouring duties.

This is an afternoon shift role that runs Monday to Friday (from 3pm - 11pm). 

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Proven conversion experience within the plastics industry
  • Prior experience on an afternoon shift
  • A high level of physical fitness - lifting up to 25kg
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Duties will include:

  • Converting fil stock into finished product (bags)
  • Machine operation (conversion machine)
  • Computer data entry
  • Quality control checks
  • Heavy lifting and general factory labouring duties
