Frame & Truss Assembly Workers
We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Hammer Hands / Assembly Workers to join a busy frame and truss manufacturing team.
Shift: Afternoon Pay Rate: $27 – $29 per hour + 8% holiday pay Job Type: Temp to Perm Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling timber wall frames and roof trusses
- Installing nail plates and connectors
- Using hammers and power tools safely and efficiently
- Following plans and measurements
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in frame/truss assembly or carpentry (preferred)
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work
