Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Pet Food Operator to join our team in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role isn’t just about physical work – we're after someone who can think ahead, follow process, and grow with the business. Hours are 0630-1630 Monday to Friday
Duties include:
Manufacturing pet food
Operating filling and packing equipment
Sealing bags and labelling finished product
Boxing and palletising orders for dispatch
Marking off production and order sheets
Keeping the workspace clean and tidy
Following food safety and manufacturing procedures
What we’re looking for:
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Great attitude toward teamwork and cleanliness
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Good with paperwork and planning
Someone who shows potential to lead and can think laterally
