About the role: We are currently seeking Plant Operators to work onsite at a large industrial plant near Invercargill. These positions have immediate start dates and long-term ongoing potential. The shift requirements are Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 2.30pm, with transport provided.
The plant itself is a large, busy environment with plenty of variety in the day-to-day tasks, which will challenge and drive the right candidate. The position has a very competitive $28 per hour pay rate, which is paid weekly.
To be considered, you will have:
- An excellent health & safety record, awareness & attitude
- A great team player and a positive contributor
- Full driver licence
- A high level of physical fitness and must be willing to work in a hot and dusty environment in appropriate PPE
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test & full medical examination, including a practical assessment
- Relevant and recent references and a consistent work history
