Our client, a well-established and successful New Zealand manufacturing company, is seeking motivated operators who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a modern, automated environment. We’re on the lookout for technically minded Production Operators to join our team. If you’re experienced with machine operation, enjoy variety in your work, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to help out where needed, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to ensure smooth production processes
- Step into other production areas and support when required
- Assist with loading and stacking
- Help maintain workflow efficiency across the floor
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in machine operation (essential)
- A team player who’s flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Physically fit and comfortable with loading and stacking tasks
- A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work
