CNC Operator - Night Shift

We’re looking for a CNC Operator to join our Hamilton night shift crew. You’ll be working with brand-new, state-of-the-art gear, creating precision components that help bring our motorhomes to life.

What you’ll be doing

• Running and maintaining CNC machines.
• Producing quality components to plan, and to perfection.
• Reading and working from assembly drawings with accuracy.
• Staying organised, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
• Helping us keep the workshop safe, tidy, and humming.

What you’ll bring

• Trade qualification, certification, or relevant hands-on experience (cabinet making, furniture making, carpentry, coach building, or similar).
• CNC operator and general machine shop experience.
• An eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and pride in your craft.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• Reliability, safety focus, and a can-do attitude.
