We're on the lookout for a hands-on Foam Forming Operator to join an exciting new manufacturing team in Hamilton. This role is ideal for someone with machine operating experience who enjoys working with production lines and taking ownership of quality output.
About the role:
- Operating foam forming machinery to produce product to specification
- Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings as required
- Preparing materials and loading machines
- Carrying out basic quality checks and recording production data
- General production and housekeeping duties to keep the workspace safe and tidy
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or production experience (foam, plastics, extrusion, manufacturing or similar industries ideal)
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery
- Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
