Production Manager

Surtees Boats are looking for a new Production Manager for our factory in the Whakatāne area. Maybe it's time to get out of the city and move to a family-friendly, outdoors community? We are proud of the boats we make and need a new team leader to take charge of producing these weapons. We expect you to have engineering skills, be able to lead from the front, be a part of innovation, and have an excellent eye for detail and quality control. Production output and reporting systems experience will be required, and the flexibility to attend occasional boat shows to talk to our customers and understand what they want.
