Experienced Commercial Carpenter
We’re looking for experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our client’s team on a long-term commercial project across Invercargill. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with a solid pipeline ahead. Location: Invercargill Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $32–$35 depending on experience (paid weekly)
What you’ll be doing:
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
- Structural steel assembly and installation
- Tilt panel installation
- Formwork, framing, and finishing work
- Working with a range of tools and materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Problem-solving and adapting to on-site challenges
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 4 years’ commercial carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and stay productive on site
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Full driver’s licence
- Own tools (preferred)
- Site Safe (preferred)
- Working at Heights and/or EWP tickets (advantageous)
