Location: Wiri, Auckland Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:35 AM - 4:05 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:55 PM - 11:55 PM
- Night Shift: 11:45 PM - 7:45 AM
Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on role where every day counts? We're looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our energetic team in Wiri. Play a key role in creating products that meet the highest quality standards while learning, growing, and making an impact!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor production equipment efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot machinery to keep production running smoothly.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Actively participate in safety programs to keep the workplace safe.
- Contribute to Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives to improve operations.
- Take ownership of your role through ongoing training and skill development.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude.
- Good fitness level for manual handling tasks.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Attention to detail and good computer skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Health and Safety conscious.
- Forklift license is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking.
- Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work visa.
