PositionLocation: Auckland

Shift Time : 6:00am to 2:30pm ; Monday - Friday

Start : ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacture and assembly of residential and commercial doors
• Operate basic manufacturing machinery and hand tools under supervision and training
• Prepare door components, including cutting, assembling, sanding, and finishing
• Support production lines to meet daily output and quality targets
• Load finished doors onto trolleys, racks, or transport vehicles
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
• Identify and report any faults, safety concerns, or equipment issues
• Comply with all workplace health, safety, and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Previous factory experience (essential)
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 kg
• Current Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• OSH Forklift Operator’s Certificate (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
