Aluminium Manager or Partner, Fabricator Rotorua

*Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in aluminium window & door etc. fabrication. *Able to take this small operation on to greater things in a profitable way. *Take jobs from quoting through so all ordering, manufacture, install and gain final payment. *This business is based on the Eastern Side of Rotorua - approx. 57 K from Tauranga Includes the following: (additional description items will be added at time of employment.) Report to the owner or if he/she directs to a designated person in charge. Owner does not work directly in this factory and is not therefore on site, owner listens to good ideas and entertains capital expenditure where it is proven it lifts our ability to compete.
Existing operation requiring strong leadership, leading from the front. Experienced in quoting and input into and operation of V6 type computer program. Have sound computer skills. Currently the preparation & email of invoices. payroll etc is managed within our wider business accounting office, so done by others. We are using Omega product. This is a very small team environment, where an increase in turnover dollars is required, year on year. Reliable, punctual, good health, physically fit, committed to quality and accuracy. Salary or hourly rate will apply as negotiated. Maintain high H & S standards this is of high priority and includes a tidy, clean and safe workspace across the entire factory. H & S paperwork and procedures must be adhered to. Maintain quality checks, check work as it progresses, help in the factory as required. Engage installers and work within budgeted amounts, assist when needed. Full NZ Drivers licence. Well-presented and of a tidy appearance along with a courteous phone manner. Check jobs are flowing within budget dollar figures and within allocated labour hours etc. Play a positive roll within a team that is fun but also driven.
