OneStaff Tauranga are seeking reliable and detail-focused Manufacturing Technicians to support a well-established manufacturing operation in Tauranga. This is a 6-month fixed-term temporary assignment.
This role suits candidates who are process-driven, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
Ensure full product traceability is maintained at all times
Process blood products to raw serum (separate, process, and package)
Process raw to sterile serum (filter, fill, and package)
Complete cleaning procedures to a defined standard
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
Assist across departments as requiredQuality & Compliance:
Follow all Quality Management System requirements
Complete required quality and compliance training within set timeframes
Identify and report quality or compliance issues and take corrective action
Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulationsAbout You:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
Comfortable working with documentation and quality systems
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to commit to the full 6-month fixed-term assignmentWhat's on Offer:
