Description
We’re looking for a practical, detail-oriented tradesperson to join the team in our new factory in Tauriko.
This position is ideal for someone with cabinet making or building experience who can jump in and help us keep up with the strong sales growth we're experiencing.
About the Role We manufacture false floors and drawer systems for vans and utes – a product that’s straightforward to build but requires accuracy and care.
Your tasks will include:
- Measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembly of plywood drawers and shelves.
- Safe, efficient use of workshop tools.
- Consistently producing neat, accurate, high quality work.
- This work suits someone who is already confident in the workshop and can get up to speed quickly.
What We’re Looking For
- Cabinet making, joinery, carpentry or building background.
- Solid practical skills and a steady hand (attention to detail matters).
- Reliability and the ability to work independently.
- Curiosity and a positive attitude to seek continuous improvement in the work we do.
What We Offer
- Permanent role.
- 4-day work week (4x 10-hour days). You get a 3-day weekend.
