We're looking for reliable and motivated hands-on workers to join a busy Rolleston-based company. This role is initially short term, supporting production demands early in the new year, with potential to extend longer for the right candidate. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to be part of a hardworking team.
What you'll be doing:
- Assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools
- Assisting with fitting, production, and general workshop tasks
- Working in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What we're looking for:
- Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (advantageous)
- Proven experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability - someone who turns up and gets the job done
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
What's on offer:
- Located in Rolleston
- Initially short-term assignment with potential to go longer
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 6:45am - 3:05pm (potential for overtime)
- On-site café with discounted hot meals
- Opportunity for ongoing or longer-term work for the right candidate
- You must be a NZ Citizen, NZ Resident, or hold a valid visa to work in NZ.
