We’re after a skilled aluminium fabricator who:

• Has excellent fabrication and engineering skills
• Is confident with MIG and TIG welding, especially in aluminium
• Ideally has boat building experience (but we can teach the boat part)
• Can read plans, think critically, and solve problems on the floor
• Works well as part of a team – no egos, just good buggers who get it done
