Description
Amorini NZ Limited is a Palmerston North based national wholesale manufacturing and distributor of building/joinery industry related products.
Due to continued growth and expansion at our Palmerston North facility, we are seeking multiple permanent team members to join our production, warehouse and distribution team.
You will be based in Palmerston North, working within our modern production and warehouse environment. Duties may include operating machinery, warehouse duties, stock management, inwards and outwards goods, packaging and despatch.
Machinery and equipment include:
- Beam saws
- Nesting CNC line
- Edge banders
- Automated CNC drilling machines
- Forklift operations
Successful candidate will need to be/have:
- Have experience in cabinet making, joinery, machining or warehouse/storeperson roles
- Experience in stock management and warehouse systems
- Be confident operating machinery
- Have a strong work ethic and take pride in your workmanship
- Be reliable, punctual and honest
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Have good communication skills
- Hold a current full NZ driver licence
- Hold a current forklift licence (preferred)
- Class 2 driver licence and experience is advantageous
- Be physically fit (some heavy lifting is required)
Experience warehousing and or manufacturing of Kitchens Cabinetry will be highly regarded.
