The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing & Assembly Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role is based in our workshop and focuses on the assembly of plastic and concrete modules used in wastewater treatment systems. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in neat workmanship, and supports the team to get the job done.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assembling wastewater treatment system components accurately and efficiently
  • Working with tools, plant and machinery and helping keep equipment well maintained
  • Following workshop procedures to ensure consistent quality and safe work practices
  • Supporting the team across different stages of the assembly process as required
  • Keeping the workspace tidy and organised
  • Contributing positively to a supportive and hardworking team environment

You will ideally bring:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Pride in producing neat, tidy and well-finished work
  • The ability to learn new skills and take feedback on board
  • A positive attitude and good communication with teammates
  • Care and respect for tools, machinery and equipment
  • A high regard for health and safety and the ability to follow safe work procedures Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction or trades is helpful but not essential.
