We are seeking a Dispatch & Warehouse Operator to cover a role becoming available due to a permanent team member relocating overseas. This is a hands-on, indoor role with a roughly even split between physical warehouse work and dispatch/order processing duties. This is a 40+ hour per week role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, for the busy season (2 February - 1 May). If made permanent, hours will shift slightly to earlier starts and finishes.

The role: This position suits someone who enjoys being active throughout the day. You will be involved in forklift operation, manual order preparation, and dispatch processes within an indoor environment.
What you'll need:
- Current forklift licence with proven operating experience (not newly licensed)
- Confidence operating a forklift in tight indoor spaces and shared pedestrian areas
- Good physical fitness - regular lifting of 20kg bags and ongoing manual handling (around 100 bags prepared daily)
- Strong literacy and attention to detail for processing customer orders
- Not colour blind (colour tag system used)
- Confidence to learn basic admin tasks and future automated systems
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
