Position: Production team member
This is a short term role.
The role suits someone who isn't afraid of hands-on, physical work and enjoys being part of a production environment where consistency and reliability matter. The work is repetitive and pace-driven, so focus, stamina, and a good work ethic are essential.
The primary focus of these roles will be working in a specific area where both volume and quality are critical. We are looking for people with prior factory or production experience, a good eye for detail, and the ability to maintain speed without compromising standards.
This is a physically demanding role.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday around 6am/8am starts till around 2.30pm/4.30pm finishes
- Some rostered on Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labour tasks inside our factory
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transport and at least a restricted license.
- Good level of physical fitness. (Yes, you'll need to be strong and fit)
- Proven excellent communicator (As above) thick skin is essential!
- Proven to be Reliable and punctual (Be at work every day and on time)
