Ready to build your future? We're looking for practical, hands-on people to join a busy frame and truss team in January 2026. If you love working with tools and want a stable, full-time role with great hours and a supportive crew, this is your chance! Previous experience is a bonus, but if you're confident with power tools like nail guns and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling timber frames and trusses to precise specifications
- Using power tools safely and efficiently (including nail guns)
- Working as part of a skilled team to meet production targets
- Keeping your workspace tidy and safe
What You Need:
- Previous frame and truss experience OR strong skills with power tools
- Minimum of a restricted driver's licence
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- A great attitude and commitment to safety
