Motorhome Production Assembly Worker

At Action Manufacturing, we’re New Zealand’s leading motorhome manufacturer, building premium vehicles that travel the country and the world. We’re looking for hands-on, practical people to join our production assembly team in Hamilton.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, following detailed plans, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality work.

What you’ll be doing

• Assembling motorhomes from start to finish, using hand and power tools.
• Fitting cabinetry, furniture, panels, and fixtures with accuracy.
• Following detailed plans and instructions to meet production schedules.
• Maintaining a tidy, safe, and efficient work environment.

What you’ll bring

• Experience using hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, sealant guns, etc.).
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness – some lifting required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• For some roles: panel-beating or vehicle repair experience.

Bonus skills

• Aluminium MIG welding.
• Furniture making, joinery, or carpentry experience.
