Description
Cable Assembly Technician / Trainee – Full Time Cable Assembly Specialists Ltd is looking for a motivated technician to join our team. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, precision, and learning new technical skills. No prior cable assembly experience is required but contract manufacturing or electronics assembly is an advantage — full training will be provided. About the Role You’ll work with electronic components and assemblies, including:
- Crimping, cutting, soldering and assembling cables
- Reading drawings and following production specifications
- Quality control checks and documentation
- Working safely with tools and equipment
- Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and practical skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and processes
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in electronic work, mechanical work, or assembly is an advantage — but not essential. What We Offer
