Industrial Spray Painter

If you've got a strong eye for detail and proven experience coating large steel components, this is a great opportunity to secure steady Monday-Friday work with competitive pay, based on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing heavy steel excavator attachments for coating
• Sanding, cleaning, and surface prep work
• Mixing and applying one‑pot industrial coatings
• Spray painting large fabricated components in an open booth
• Inspecting finish quality and completing touch‑ups as required
• Maintaining spray equipment and following strict PPE and safety protocols
• Working Monday to Friday with overtime available when required

What You Need:

• Previous experience in industrial or heavy‑steel spray painting
• Strong attention to detail and consistent finish standards
• Ability to work safely with coatings, PPE, and spray equipment
• Reliability, good work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a small team
• Physically fit and comfortable working around large fabricated steel components
