As a Grading Floor Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our eggs are delivered to Kiwis just like you in tip top condition and packaged beautifully. You'll also ensure that our facilities and machinery are kept in fabulous condition.

Hen-durance: You’ll need a good level of fitness – lifting and being on your feet all day is part of the gig! Cluck-tastic Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others to get the job done right, chirping in to help everyone to do a great job. Passion for life: Prior experience is a bonus, but with a passion & willingness to learn we can teach you everything you need to know. Egg-quisite Attention to Detail: Accuracy and pride in your work are key. Quick on Your Talons: Better Eggs moves fast – can you keep up? Mechanical Aptitude: Handy with a toolbelt? Even better!

🐔 Your Daily Hatch-tivities Include:

Operating complex machinery that grades and packages our eggs 🐓 Packing, stacking and wrapping our eggs ready for shipment 🥚 Cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining our facility🧹 General site duties such as tidying up the grounds &, unloading supplies (no mess allowed!) 🌱 🦺 Safety First, Always! We don’t just talk the talk – we walk the coop when it comes to health, safety, and biosecurity. Your safety and our hens’ welfare are non-negotiable.
