Our client is a fast growing New Zealand manufacturing business supplying agricultural equipment across local and international markets. With demand increasing, they need someone who can take control of inventory and bring discipline to stock, systems, and financial performance.

This role is heavily focused on inventory. You will own stock levels, accuracy, and flow across the business, ensuring production runs without interruption. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for financial reporting, cash flow, and providing insight to support growth.

This is a senior role with real influence. You will work closely with the Managing Director to strengthen systems, improve visibility, and help the business scale.

What you will do

• Own inventory performance, stock levels, and accuracy across all operations
• Ensure stock is available to support production and delivery timelines
• Improve forecasting, systems, and inventory efficiency
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Provide commercial insight to support decision making and growth

What you bring

• Proven experience managing inventory in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of stock control, forecasting, and supply flow
• Qualified in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience in financial reporting and cash flow management
• Track record of improving performance in a growing business
