Job Description
AFFCO Rangiuru is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our Lamb Cuts team in a hybrid Quality Control and production role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food processing, meat production, or quality assurance who wants a role with variety and career development.
About the Role:
This position combines routine quality checks with hands-on production duties. You'll monitor product standards, support compliance requirements, and step into operational roles within Lamb Cuts to keep workflow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA/QC checks and complete documentation accurately
- Assist in maintaining food safety and product quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other roles within department as required
- Support continuous improvement and safe work practices
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in meat processing or food manufacturing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to learn different tasks
- Comfortable enforcing quality standards and working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
