We are currently seeking two reliable and motivated Production Operators to start ASAP in a busy factory based in Tauriko. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern of days and nights, Monday to Friday (with some Saturday work as required) so you must be willing and able to work these shifts. Having a current FL license would be preferred, but you can be put through a course for that.
Key Responsibilities: -Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently -Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures -Package, label, and move finished products as required -Maintain a clean and organized work area -Assist with general production duties and other tasks as needed -Operate forks when required
Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely and repeatedly -Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts -Good attention to detail and commitment to safety -Previous production or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required — full training provided -Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team -Clear clean criminal record
