Production Operator – Awarua Site

We’re looking for Production Operators to join our Awarua site and help us manufacture high-quality fertiliser that supports farmers across the country. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous learning are key.

About the Role
As a Production Operator, you’ll:
Operate and monitor the Acidulation Plant to meet production and quality standards.
Carry out raw material intake and mobile plant operations (loader and forklift).
Perform routine checks, sampling, and basic maintenance.
Maintain strong housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts across 24 hours 6 Days.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
Mechanical aptitude and production experience (advantageous).
Forklift and loader licenses are a plus – if you don’t have them, we’ll help you get them!
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in industrial or chemical manufacturing environments.
Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Basic maintenance capability and safety awareness.
Class 1 driver’s license (essential); Class 2 HT and F endorsements (preferred).
