Purpose of the Role The purpose of the Warehouse Operations Specialist role is to provide strong operational support within the warehouse, ensuring day-to-day work runs smoothly and consistently. This role is a key support to our Warehouse Team Leader, enabling them to spend the time they need coaching the team, improving processes, and developing people — rather than being pulled into operational tasks constantly.

About the Role This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys supporting people, variety and being part of a team that works well together. You’ll be involved across the warehouse, supporting flow, maintaining visibility of work, and stepping in where needed to help the operation run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting continuous improvement using 2 Second Lean principles
• Monitoring and supporting manufacturing orders and workflow
• Supporting dispatch as a picker and packer as needed
• Managing inwards goods accurately and efficiently
