Production Team Leader

What you'll be doing

As our Production Team Leader, you'll supervise day-to-day factory operations. Your focus will be on ensuring the team delivers safe, high-quality, on-time production while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

You will:

• Lead, support, and develop a team of around 6 operators.
• Drive strong Health & Safety practices and champion safe behaviours.
• Coordinate daily production, solve problems, and keep workflow on track.
• Conduct pre/post production checks, quality inspections, and testing.
• Manage materials, stock, and accurate reporting.
• Support maintenance coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.

This is a hands-on role - around 70% of your time will be on the floor alongside your team.

What you'll bring

To be successful, you'll have:

• Manufacturing or production experience - ideally in concrete, construction, or heavy industry.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team in an operational environment.
• Strong practical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• A commitment to safety and a passion for quality.
• The ability to read and follow SOPs, drawings, and production plans.
• Good communication skills and a desire to help others grow.
