Role Available: Night Shift Team Leader

**What You'll Be Doing: ** Lead and coordinate up to 20 staff across the night shift **. ** Keep production running smoothly by managing workflow, quality, and output **. ** Coach, support, and motivate your team to lift capability and performance **. ** Set and maintain high safety standards across the shift **. ** Be the go‑to leader on nights, making decisions and solving problems as they arise.

What You Need: ** Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing. ** Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.** ** A reliable, steady approach and availability for night shift hours (5pm-5am, Mon-Thurs, with Fridays added as production increases)** ** A strong safety focus and a hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front mindset. Clean Criminal history and pass a pre-0employment drug test.
