Description

New Vision Group includes Nelson’s premier Landscape Design and Construction, and Pool installation businesses – New Vision Landscapes, NV Design and NV Pools, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing and Administration Coordinator – Part Time.

This exciting position will create and publish digital content, prepare and implement marketing strategies, and promote our companies’ brand to potential clients while taking ownership of business administration tasks that support each company’s specific operational needs.

Taking site photography, working with drones, preparing graphic design and social media content, brand management, assisting the Design team and their clients, coordinating project and sales documentation with the Operations team, procuring site materials, processing consents and scheduling for NV Pools is just a snapshot of tasks you will complete.

Preferably you’ll have experience working with graphic design and marketing software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Meta Business Suite and Squarespace, have competent skills with photography, drones and go pros and their editing. Exposure to Workflow Max is a bonus.

Essential though is a friendly, flexible and approachable attitude as you will be an integral part of the office team working in the contracting industry with different managers, site staff, external contractors and clients. Also essential is a creative eye, you understand the fundamentals of marketing and what it takes to create engaging and attractive online content. Excellent attention to detail and MS Office skills is also required.

Working hours are initially between 20-30 per week. Hours and days will be determined with the successful candidate. This position reports to the Office Manager and is based at our office in Richmond.
