Supervisor

We are looking for supervisor for our cleaning company based in Auckland. This position requires travelling to different locations as we have cleaning sites all over Auckland, so you will require a clean and full drivers license.

Position- Supervisor Hours- 30-40 hours per (Weekend (Availability during weekends with rostered shifts & late night Shift work is required) Pay rate- $25 per hour Job Type:- Full Time Location- Auckland

Your Job Duties will be :-

Providing the best and prompt services to the clients

Establishing cleaning schedules for cleaners and making certain that work is completed to a high standard, effectively, and efficiently.

Managing inventory and keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Maintain good relations with the clients.

Handle client enquiries and complaints if any and try to resolve them asap.

Delivering products to sites Recruiting staff, provide training plus managing & assessing their performance .

Providing training, ongoing performance feedback and general assistance to cleaning staff to help them succeed.

Performing thorough quality checks on all sites an ensuring any issues that are found, are resolved.

Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be Physically fit to lift and move stock.
• Must have clean Driving License
• Good communication skills
• Must pass a drug test if required.
