About Us JTG Builders is a Hawkes Bay based construction company, completing a range of various projects including new residential builds, renovations, larger residential projects, and everything in between. We are looking for a qualified builder to join our team, preferably with leading hand experience or ready to take on leading hand responsibilities. Qualifications & experience
- Trade Qualified Carpenter
- A minimum of three years New Zealand experience
- Must have your own tools.
- Have a proactive approach to work- use initiative but will seek assistance where required
- Have strong written and oral skills
- Have a strong work ethic and reliability
- Be highly organised with great attention to detail
- Be able work autonomously
- Be physically fit and able
- Experience leading a team desirable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and lead a team with support
- Work as part of a Construction Site Team delivering a range of different projects.
- Have a positive attitude on site, and represent JTG in a professional manner at all times.
- To lead by example in workmanship and quality of work.
