Description

Role Summary: We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create artwork for screen print, DTG, heat transfer, and embroidery, support website content and updates, and assist the sales team with customer-facing materials. Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and comfortable preparing print-ready and embroidery-appropriate files.

Key Responsibilities:

*Create and adapt artwork for garment printing methods (screen print, DTG, heat transfer) and embroidery, ensuring designs meet production constraints. *Prepare accurate print-ready files and proofs for client approval (color separations, vector art, proper bleeds, resolution, and color profiles). *Produce embroidery-ready artwork or work with digitizers: simplify/detail control, stitch-type awareness, and appropriate file handoff. *Design web visuals: product images, mockups, banners, and simple CMS edits (WordPress/Shopify familiarity a plus). *Support sales with one-pagers, quotes visuals, custom mockups, pitch decks, and fast-turn assets for client approvals. *Helping in our retail shop when needed *Coordinate with production and vendors on specifications, sample approvals, and press/digitizing checks. *Maintain brand asset library, templates, and version control; manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience: *Good typography, layout, and color theory skills; strong attention to detail. *Excellent communication and ability to work with sales and production teams; comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. *Strong portfolio with garment/apparel design, print, and embroidery examples. *Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. *Experience preparing print-ready art (color separations, spot colors, CMYK/RGB workflows) and creating client proofs. *Knowledge of embroidery limitations (stitch density, stitch types, stitch count considerations) and how to adapt artwork for embroidery.

Nice-to-Have:

*Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software or experience working closely with digitizers. *Experience with mockup tools, Figma/Adobe XD, or basic motion/video for social. *Ecommerce/product photography basics and Shopify/WordPress experience.
